Game insights is where you can see all of the game data from your club. You are able to see games played, average shots per hole, average time used per hole and number of downloads of specific guides.
The first you are going to see on the game insights is Games Played. Under games played you can see all of your products and see how many that have played that product (course guide) the last week, last month and total. For a game to be played, the player have to 'track' the score and finish the game after the round.
The next table is Average shots per hole. This is also made for each product. So you can see how many shots a player is using on each hole in average, whether is the 18 hole course or 9 hole course.
The table are divided into handicap groups so you have HCP <0-6, 7-18, 19-36 and +36. So you should be able to see a difference between the handicap groups. The more strokes people are tracking will give you a better data set. So it’s a good idea you get your members to track their strokes.
Then you have Average round time. As before this is also divided into handicap groups and the products you have. It’s showing the average round time for each day of the week. This will also be better as players are finishing their game right after their round.
The last one is Downloads. First of all you can pick your product. Then you can see the development in unique guide acquisitions for each month in a year. A GLFR user acquires the guide when it is downloaded for the first time. You can hover over any data point to see the total of acquired guides at that point in time. You can also change the year if you want to see the development from 2018 instead of 2019.
